All products are subject to availability. In most cases, our franchisee will offer an alternative option for any out-of-stock item. Some franchisees do not sell all of our product range.
We do not use nuts in our products; however, some ingredients are produced in factories that handle nuts and some ice creams / deserts may contain nuts. For full ingredient list and allergen information please contact your local staff. Stores are busy working environments and there is also a risk of cross-contamination. If you have an allergy we kindly advise you not to order online. Instead, speak to your chosen store and inform your order-taker directly about your allergies and food intolerances. Great care is taken in the preparation of all our products, however, we cannot guarantee that all bones from meat products have been removed as some may remain. Some products may have been previously frozen. Vegetarian or any religious food requirement customers, please speak to a member of staff prior to placing the order.
We use third party delivery platforms. Subject to minimum delivery spends, stores offer a limited delivery service to certain prescribed areas to ensure that our products are at their best when they reach at your door. If you live outside a prescribed delivery area, you will not be able to have our products delivered to you, although you may collect these from your ordered store. We strive to maintain our excellent reputation for on-time delivery. However, sometimes this may not be possible due unforeseen circumstances and the reasons beyond our control such as the weather, traffic conditions etc.
